    Description

    Position Overview

    This role entails providing chair side support for all daily activities in the practice and surgeries. Ensuring top-notch patient care delivery while following clinical guidelines and health & safety protocols is key.

    Here are some of the responsibilities:

    • Creating a welcoming environment to make patients feel comfortable
    • Utilizing internal system efficiently for accurate record-keeping
    • Setting up the surgery appropriately for each session
    • Anticipating clinician and patient needs beforehand
    • Monitoring and managing surgery stocks
    • Handling reception tasks when necessary

    Required Qualifications

    • GDC registered
    • Previous experience in Private / NHS practices
    • Strong focus on patient care
    • Ability to work independently and in a team
    • Enthusiastic about learning and advancing skills
