    Description

    Contract Personnel are pleased to be working with a Norwich based client who is looking for a Customer Experience Specialist to join their team on a part time (contract) basis.

    The ideal candidate will be required to reach out to customers and gather feedback on their experience after visiting the workshop.

    You will be responsible for:
    - recording and documenting customer responses accurately in the company's database and providing feedback to the Service Managers across all 8 branches.

    You may be required to carry out any other duties as required by the line manager.

    Shifts will be 16 hours per week on a rolling 2 week rota and will include every other Saturday.

    Salary will be £12.88 per hour.
