We are seeking an Operations Support Officer to join our administrative team at the Smithton plant.

This role will provide a range of administrative and reporting support for the smooth functioning of the operations teams at the Smithton site.

We have had an internal promotion for the last McCain Chippy and would like to onboard a new person

The role will include finance tasks such as raising purchase orders, account reconciliation, vendor management and supporting travel & expense claims.

The position will also provide crucial support and coordination to our operations teams in areas such as production and labour reporting, production orders, regular factory meetings and events, and inventory and systems support tasks.

Strong attention to detail and a high-quality work ethic
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook, Word and Excel
