About the role
As a Recruitment and Marketing Coordinator at New chapters support and wellbeing, you will be responsible for delivering targeted recruitment campaigns to source and engage both Healthcare and Education staff, this is for both internal and external recruitment.
Duties and Responsibilities (Non-exhaustive)
- To be conversant with the Care Standards Act 2008 residential care services.
- To be aware of the Quality Assurance Policy of the Company in the provision of quality service to the Service Users in both education and healthcare provisions.
- To represent the Company in a professional manner at all times, on the telephone, face to face or in written communication, ensuring telephones are answered promptly and people are spoken to respectfully.
- To report to the Operational Manager any issues regarding the legislative requirements concerning the services provided and the staff providing them.
- To produce reports as required by the Operational Manager
- To maintain accurate records
- . To be aware of the Recruitment Policy and Safer Recruitment Policy in the provision of recruiting suitable staff.
- To carry out any other tasks required by the Directors or Operations Manager
Job specification
Essential:
- Knowledge of the education and care provision at a level that reflects the responsibilities of the post applied for
- Social media marketing experience
- Good literacy and numeracy skills
- Good presentation skills
- Computer literate
- Understanding of legislation concerned with education and care provision
- Administrative experience
Desirable:
- Professional qualification
- Experience using design programmes such as Canva etc.
- Knowledge of recruitment within healthcare and education settings

Salary:
£21,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday

- Cheddar, BS27 3QT: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
