Description

The well-respected Physiotherapy Outpatient Service at Worcestershire Acute Hospitals NHS Trust provides expert assessment and treatment for patients with musculoskeletal, rheumatological and pelvic health conditions.

Given the size of the outpatient service, there is also the requirement for strong leadership credentials, a keen interest in evidence based practice and a proven track record in the successful delivery of service development and quality improvement projects.

The post holder will ensure equity of outpatient services across all 3 sites, ensuring that access, quality of services and patient outcomes remain consistent.

The post will have a base of Kidderminster but there will be an expectation to travel to Worcester and Redditch splitting the working week over the 3 sites.

The exact timetable for across site working will be negotiable.

A secondment would be considered for internal applicants.
