Service Controller

Garforth

£25,000

What you'll be doing:


  • Coordinating an efficient service function, controlling workshop, mobile and thirdparty engineers
  • Receiving breakdown calls and allocating engineers/service agents to respond
  • Manage clients expectations whilst delivering valuable customer service
  • Ensuring that programmed maintenance, breakdown and damage repairs are smoothly controlled and properly authorised, documented and recorded on the computerised maintenance system
  • Control costs associated with the function, this is without adversely affecting safety or customer service standards or the quality of the hire fleet and in accordance with manufacturer's recommendations and legislative requirements
  • Maintain log of vehicle defects requiring action
  • Update and enter records of all engineers and service agents
  • Raise recharge invoices as and when required

Experience Needed:


  • Be a confident communicator with an excellent telephone manner
  • Have strong administrative skills
  • Be PC literate with the ability to adapt to a wide variety of tasks
  • Can work well under pressure
  • A clean driving license is also highly desirable.

Salary:
£25,000.00 per year
