  • Daytoday, you'll provide origination and delivery support and make sure that we deliver our business strategy

What you'll do:


As a Funds Financing Associate, you'll analyse and review potential transactions, including the structural risks that're inherent in products and structures, as well as quantitative analysis, optimisation, backtesting and scenario calculations.


Your top priorities will include:

  • Supporting the development and maintenance of client relationships, income streams or new business opportunities
  • Analysing the risk of new transactions
  • Helping with the structuring and delivery of corporate securitisation transactions
  • Working with clients, clientfacing teams and Trading, Finance, Legal and other functions
  • Focusing on CLOs, private debt securitisations and SRT transactions for our US and European customers

The skills you'll need:


As finance and structuring are at the heart of this role, you'll have a background in a financial institution, along with experience of securitisation structures.


In addition, you'll need:

  • To be a team player
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Excellent analytical and written and verbal communication skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • The ability to work to tight deadlines with a high degree of accuracy
