Please refer to the attached job description for more details, a summary is below: Work in partnership with DWP / JCP and other ETE agencies Delivery training around substance misuse awareness to partnerships Provide a minimum of 8 sessions of 1-1 support to adult mentees who are referred by either the DWP or other relevant partnerships and have substance misuse dependency Create SMART action plans for mentees that can be shared with DWP Support clients who have barriers to education, training and employment caused by substance misuse Manage a small caseload of minimum 30 mentees per year if working full time hours.
