Description
A client within the Public Sector based in West Yorkshire is currently recruiting for a Structural Engineer to join their team as soon as possible.
The client is offering a full time, temporary position on an ongoing basis with the ideal candidate having experience of working within a local authority.
Key purpose of the role is to have detailed knowledge of structural issues associated with new build, extensions, remodelling and refurbishment of all building typesPreparing briefs/requirements for suppliers to complete major capital schemes from site suitability assessments, structural design and detailing, drainage design to completion of works on site.
Structural design i.e. reinforced concrete, composite structure, timber, masonry and structural steel. Structural surveys and investigations including stability and condition assessments.Long term monitoring and health and safety inspections of owned properties
The client is looking to move quickly with this role and as such are offering £30 - £35 per hour Umbrella LTD Inside IR35.
