    Position: Administrator
    Location: South Croydon
    Salary: £25,000 - £28,000
    Work Model: Monday – Friday, In Office, 8am – 4pm

    We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our client's team as an Administrator. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day administrative tasks.
    Responsibilities will include:

    • Answering phone calls and making inquiries to suppliers/customers
    • Managing the Admin email inbox and responding to client enquiries
    • Generating client quotes and assisting with bookings and diary management
    • Assisting with DBS checks and other office duties
    • Accepting deliveries and placing orders for parts/equipment/materials
    • Keeping track of delivery dates for placed orders and liaising with suppliers
    • Organizing office documents and updating operational calendars
    • Quoting annual maintenance contracts and small remedial works
    • Liaising with suppliers on deliveries and assisting with stock take
    • Filling out work orders and updating operational calendars
    Additionally, as part of the role, there will be opportunities to assist with accounts tasks, including generating invoices, credit control, reconciling accounts, and preparation of payment runs.
    To succeed in this role, candidates should possess excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. Previous experience in a similar administrative role and familiarity with accounting software such as Sage would be advantageous.
