- Chemical conjugations of peptides and haptens to larger proteins
- ELISA analysis – direct, indirect and Sandwich assays
- Affinity purification of antibodies
- Data review and reporting (Polyclonal and Monoclonal Ab)
- General Laboratory tasks, e.g. preparation of solutions, calibration of equipment
- HPLC purification of peptides.
- Experience working safely in a ISO9001 accredited facility.
- Experience of Immunology techniques.
- Gain a practical approach to technical problem solving.
- Learn to work to delivery targets.
- Develop good working relationships with peers.
- You will have a Biology or Biochemistry background.
- Prior experience desired but not critical as training will be provided

They will support manufacturing of polyclonal and monoclonal antibodies and be part of a thriving and energetic team.
