Requirements:

- Proven track record in design and design integration from a functional, detail design, or systems engineering background
- Application and delivery of engineering work packages in line with engineering functional governance
- Experience in delivering/providing inputs to Design Reviews and working within Engineering Governance Frameworks
- Ability to drive the performance and delivery of an engineering project
- Strong collaboration and influencing skills needed to build trusted effective relationships

Responsibilities:

As a Principal Engineer - Design Integration, my primary responsibilities will include:
- Leading the delivery of the Design Zone Integration process and associated gated Design Reviews for a proportion of Design Zones across the CSC Platform
- Coordinating the progressive assessment of Design Zone maturity, ensuring that all quality and technical standards are met
- Coordinating design inputs from multi-discipline design teams/Integrated Project Teams and external stakeholders to achieve the required design maturity
- Leading investigations and resolution of cross-functional design integration issues, developing and preparing solutions individually or as a member of a cross-discipline team
- Implementing and maintaining engineering processes and procedures to adapt to technical changes and operational requirements within the engineering zonal integration strategy
