Working in a static role you will cover a series of commercial sites in Reading, Bracknell and one site in Greenford

Working in a Mechanical Engineering role you wil be performing PPM and Reactive maintenance on Mechanical Building equipment like AHU's, FCU's, Pumps, Motors, General Plumbing and Fabric Equipment.

Service, maintenance, fault finding & repair on a range of Mechanical and building services equipment
Going beyond specialised duties when required like, multi-skilled maintenance changing lightbulbs, fabric maintenance, doors, plumbing and etc.
We are keen to speak to Engineers who are Mechanical qualified to C&G/NVQ Levels 2,3
Minimum of 2+ years in Mechanical building maintenance.
