Lincolnshire County Council operates a system called "Equated Pay" to determine the annual salary of employees required to work for only part of the year, the salary being paid in 12 monthly instalments.

Your annual salary is calculated by taking the number of weeks that you are contracted to work and adding a proportion of the 8 statutory public holidays and a proportion of your annual leave entitlement.

This figure is then divided by 52 (ie. a full year) and multiplied by your weekly hours divided by the standard full-time hours per week and multiplied again by the full year salary amount to produce your annual salary.

Join our team and make a positive impact on the lives of our children and staff today
