Accounts Assistant - Altrincham

About Our Client:

Page Personnel are working with an innovative, forward thinking business going through a period of growth. They are seeking an Accounts Assistant to join their team.


Accounts Assistant responsibilities include:

  • Matching, checking, processing, and coding invoices into accounting systems
  • Reconciliation of supplier statements.
  • Setting up new supplier accounts and maintaining existing account details
  • Assist with monthend preparation
  • Credit control duties
  • Liaising with various departments in the organisation to ensure the resolution of supplier queries.
  • Solving invoice queries.
  • Adhoc duties as required

The Successful Applicant:


  • Experience working in a similar role
  • Ability to work well alone or as part of a team
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Excel
  • Ability to work towards deadlines
