Our
Procurement Administrator will play pivotal role in supporting & driving ourmaterial buying processes and aligning them with our manufacturing output plans.
You will be able to think on your feet, able to enhance procurement operations, suggest cost-effective solutions & help maintain consistent supply chain to support our manufacturing activities.

Key Responsibilities of Procurement Administrator
- Planning, maintaining and raising of purchase orders with suppliers
- Controlling and ensuring accuracy of the internal purchasing status tracker.
- Liaison with goods in and finance to ensure invoices can be matched processed without delay
- Control over staff uniform procurement, ordering and distribution to colleagues
- Working with the operations team to monitor, report and control stock levels to optimum levels
- Assisting with and leading on working relationships with suppliers
- Identifying potential areas for savings in supplier terms and conditions, whilst ensuring that all suppliers adhere to these
- Ensure compliance to standardised procedures and guidelines for procurement activities
- Implement efficient systems and tools to automate and streamline procurement processes.
Experience required:
- Previous experience of a purchasing role
- Highly organized and very good attention to detail
- Selfstarter that can use its own initiative at all times and provide pragmatic solutions to solving problems and know to escalate when required
- Experience negotiating supply terms & conditions
- Experience in developing positive relationships with internal & external stakeholders
- Proven analytical skills

- Procurement: 2 years (preferred)
- Purchasing: 1 year (preferred)
