A vacancy has arisen for an HR Administrator, to join our team at our Barnsley office.


The HR Administrator role exists to provide administration support to the existing HR team, ensuring compliance with data protection rules.

The role briefly encompasses the following duties: - _**- Administration of contractual documentation

  • Collating, maintaining and imputing data in relevant systems
  • Managing sickness absence data and records
  • Liaising with the payroll department regarding contractual changes
  • Administration of our online training platform
  • Raising purchase orders and goods receipting delivered items in a timely manner
  • Management of the shared outlook inboxes
  • Other general administration duties as required by the department

  • Strong administration experience (HR desirable)
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Good communication skills at all levels
  • Computer literate
  • The ability to prioritise workload and work towards strict deadlines
  • Experience using Mitrefinch or similar HR database
