We are working with a Freight Forwarder looking for a Customs Clerk to join their team in Dover.
This role is working 4 on 4 off night shift.

ResponsibilitiesCreating customs documentation for Air FreightOversee all customs clearance of traffic moving by road Complete customs entries from start to finish for Imports and ExportsCustoms import/export entry checkingCollaborate with clients, importers, exporters, and relevant parties to gather essential information required for import and export declarations.

Address and resolve queries from Customs related to active declarations.
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data across all operational systems.

Upload job information into in-house Transport Monitoring System Swiftly and effectively manage all inquiries and questions concerning customs processes, tariff classifications, duty rates, and additional documentation needs while maintaining direct communication with clients.

Skills Required;Experience working within a similar role is requiredCustoms software experience Experience working with freight forwarding and logisticsGood communication skillsProficient in MS Office
