- Maintenance of grounds - 80acres: mowing, strimming, weeding, gardening (minimal flower beds but overall lawn and bed grooming).
- Maintenance of fencing/gate/barn/outbuildings/walk ways.
- Poultry care, Dog walking/feeding/care
- Maintenance of machinery/tools/organising servicing etc.
- Exterior of house: jet washing, leaf blowing, ensuring daily terraces and furniture are ready for the summer season.
- Occasional support with the house when required, minor repairs/moving furniture etc

Great opportunity for a Junior Groundsman, reporting to the Head Grounds Man, working within a team of 4 on a private estate near Banbury in Oxfordshire.
Full driving license and an enthusiastic and flexible approach is essential - happy to put in effort and follow direction from the current team.
Duties to include:
Generally working Monday to Friday, 8-5 (with one weekend a month). Salary negotiable according to experience, £30k-£35k gross pa + annual bonus
