Reed HR are working with an established client based in Brighton who areon the lookout for a proactive and service-focused Recruitment Partner to manage end-to-end recruitment campaigns with creativity and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will be a solutions-oriented individual with a track record of utilising various attraction methods and embedding equality, diversity, and inclusion in all recruitment activities.

Design and deliver in-house end-to-end recruitment campaigns using appropriate channels to reach diverse audiences.
Partner with specific directorates and Business Partners to understand and proactively address current and future recruitment needs.

Ensure recruitment needs are met within agreed service level agreements while providing an excellent customer experience for hiring managers and candidates.

Act as a subject matter expert, advising on job adverts, social media content, and interview approaches, utilising tools such as LinkedIn.

Serve as an escalation point for Administrators, providing guidance on policies and procedures.
Manage job offers to internal and external candidates within salary pay bands and policies.
Attend job fairs and recruitment events to network, engage with stakeholders, and improve candidate attraction.

Direct experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes at high volume.
Ability to manage and prioritise multiple campaigns, including high volume recruitment.
Proven track record of delivering innovative, diverse, and inclusive recruitment campaigns.
