Our international client is looking for a Legal Counsel / Commercial Lawyer to join their fast-paced in-house legal department. This is a broad and varied in-house position offering the potential for progression and development.

Based in Brighton this company has a hybrid working policy preferring employees to be in - 3 days in the office per week.

Have a proven track record in drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts and agreements
Provide legal support and advice on data protection and privacy matters
Assist on a range of other legal matters relating to the business
Have good communication and interpersonal skills
Have a commercial / business outlook to your work
