Asset Utilisation Specialist
Lloyd Recruitment Services are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a market leading organisation that seeks an Asset Utilisation Specialist to influence the container cycle times amongst the Short-Term Rental and Container Fleets, encouraging greaterintegrity amongst the customer base as well as supporting the repatriation of Long-Term Rental assets where necessary.
This is a remote based position with considerable travel involved, however will involve a regular presence in the Essex area therefore applicants should be based in the Southeast.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct Regular Visits to customer/noncustomer sites to establish presence of assets.
- Analysing system data to focus on the concentration of lost and lengthy cycle assets trends.
- Identify unapproved wholesalers. Perform "Due Diligence" on prospective Approved Wholesalers and oversee onboarding process where appropriate.
- Audit the Industry, utilising the Scanning Technology to identify misuse in accordance with the Fair Use Policy.
- Facilitate the collection of assets from wholesalers and venues returning to nominated depots.
- Conduct container recoveries for Long Term Rental in cases of client insolvency, along with recovering "At Risk" asset.
- Communicate charges and outcomes from audits/investigations to both customer and key internal stakeholders. (Primarily billing and relationship management).
- Educate customers regarding "Best Practices", and expectations for their relevant products, to maximise the customer's experience.
- Maintain the Vloot CRM system to reflect outcomes.
Skills & experience required
- Previous experience of working within the collections, debt recovery or brewing industry advantageous.
- Excellent Interpersonal and relationship building skills with both internal and external customers.
- Resilient with a strong desire to succeed and able to think on your feet and deliver customer driven solutions.
- Ability to plan, organise, and manage workload effectively to maximise time management and workflows.
- A team player, who leads by example.
- A good understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Salary:
£33,000 - £35,000 DOE plus excellent company benefits
