GTS Solutions CIC is seeking a Security Officer to join our team at one of our Westend of Glasgow-based sites.

This position is full time, Shift pattern. 4 days on 4 days off and monthly payments. Opportunities for overtime to cover annual leave. There is also opportunity to progress within the company.

Must have previous experience working on a construction site dealing with access control.

Minimum requirements:
At a minimum, you must hold an SIA Security Officer or Door Supervisor licence. A CCTV licence is desirable, and further site-specific and advanced training will be given where appropriate.

As a GTS guard, you will be employed to conduct the following duties;

  • Securing the site in line with procedures
  • Being vigilant for potential trespassers
  • Acting as a visible deterrent
  • Conduct yourself professionally in line with employers' guidance and policies
  • Be fit and ready for work
  • Be relaxed and confident
  • Be a good problem solver
  • Have selfdiscipline and be ready to promote the company ethos
Shift Pattern; 4 days on, 4 days off.


MUST have the following:

A valid S.I.A. Frontline Licence

Essential

  • Valid S.I.A. Frontline Licence
  • Open to weekend working
  • Excellent English skills, talking and writing

Duties

  • Access control
  • Ensure no unauthorised access
  • Meet and greet for visitors and deliveries to the site

Salary:
From £10.90 per hour. With possibility for additional shifts
