Provide hands-on technical support with first-class mechanical knowledge.
Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction through top-tier customer service and first-time fix interventions.
Maintain Service Department profitability and actively promote client services and products.
Foster teamwork and collaboration within the Service Department.
Demonstrate personal effectiveness in delivering high-quality service and solutions.
Uphold health and safety standards in all service-related activities.
Perform service, maintenance, and repairs efficiently and effectively.
Handle administrative tasks related to service operations.

NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Full UK driver's license.
Strong analysis skills with meticulous attention to detail.
