Job description (critical purpose)

To coordinate in store point of sale material ensuring consistent standards of content and production are achieved and materials are delivered within agreed budget and deadlines.
- Accountable for POS project delivery, sample collation, and schedules.

Measures of success
- POS delivered to brief, schedule and budget.
- Spend against budget by project.
- Accurate reporting of budgets and P&L's.
- Delivery of customer plan and objectives sales, items increase, AOV, customer/traffic numbers, customer perception and awareness measures.
- Accuracy of POS.
- Positive feedback from stakeholders.
- Extent of influence and credibility at all levels across the business.
- Regular 360 feedback.
- Branch complaints/feedback by project.
- Liaise with retail to manage and resolve any related queries.
- Monitor, manage and report on all spend and ensure projects are delivered
- agreed financial processing systems.
- Manage the approval of assets with relevant stakeholders. Review the creative at every stage of production and manage final signoff.
- Manage and present creative at the relevant approval and governance meetings.
- Produce guidelines for retail for branch communication and to ensure the correct implementation and compliance.
- Work with Media and Commercial teams to generate and grow media revenue.

Job Offer
This is a month fixed term contract paying circa £25,000 - £35,000 pro rota (based on experience).
