As Site Agent you will contribute towards the successful delivery of Skanska's Infrastructure projects, ensuring they meet the required standards of time, cost and quality.
You Will:
- Support the design team with the coordination of onsite activities and to ensure buildability input
- Drive the mobilisation and delivery approach, this includes mobilisation plans, precommencement documentation including RAMS, project management plans, construction programmes and deliverable schedules.
- Support the Site Agent and procurement team to identify subcontract packages, define scope and select appropriate supplier partners.
- Manage all aspects of temporary works in accordance with Skanska process.
- Manage the site engineering team, ensuring the performance and development of Site and Section Engineers is a key focus.
- Liaise continuously with Interface Manager to build stakeholder relationships
- Monitor and control site activities and subcontractors ensuring safety, quality and environmental aspects are compliant with HS2 requirements and Skanska's
- Our Way of Working.
- Work closely with the supply chain and design partners to develop strong relationships fostering collaboration and demonstrating an integrated one team approach
- Support Site Agent / Project Manager with meeting delivery requirements.
- Be an ambassador / champion for mental health and wellbeing across the project
We're Looking For:
- Appropriate Civil Engineering qualification ideally degree or equivalent.
- SMSTS /CSCS
- Experience of Interface and stakeholder management.
- Commercially aware and familiar with NEC change management process.
- Demonstrates behaviours and personal values that align fully with Skanska values.
- Collaborative in approach with a focus on understanding and meeting customer needs.
