As a Technical Account Manager, you will be a key member of the Operations team ensuring the delivery of improved property performance to the clients, and a great customer experience overall.


Technical Account Manager Duties:

  • Onboarding new accounts (attending Sales handover meeting, acquiring details of site information, and setting up customer accounts)
  • Set up initial asset model and views, in collaboration with TSM
  • Provide ongoing account management to existing clients
  • Mentor/train junior members of staff
  • Arrange and attend regular customer meetings
  • Account retention and growth

Technical Account Manager Skills:

  • Experience of BMS and building services engineering
  • Understanding of building performance and energy efficiency
  • Experience in building and managing client relationships
  • Literate and numerate
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Highly organised with an ability to plan, prioritise and organise multiple accounts
  • Selfdriven, motivated, and eager to learn
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team
  • Uses initiative and creativity to resolve problems
