This is an exciting and rare opportunity for a Medical Negligence and Personal Injury Solicitor to join a reputable firm's Leamington Spa office as their Head of Department.

The firm is one of the largest legal practices in Warwickshire, and prides itself on its opportunities for progression.

You will manage the Medical Negligence and Personal Injury department by providing strong leadership to the team, including financial management and budgeting, departmental risk compliance and performance and development of staff.

You will also manage a caseloadof predominantly Medical Negligence files from start to conclusion with prior experience.
