One of our leading UK headquartered law firm clients is looking for an immigration specialist lawyer with 1-2 years post-qualified experience.
The team is market recognised and clients range across the financial services, technology, retail, leisure, pharma and manufacturing sectors.
Recent work has included advising clients and their EU employees on the implications of Brexit, as well as the EU Settlement Scheme and the new Frontier workers permit and, more generally, obtaining sponsor licences, advising on compliance with duties as sponsors and providing senior executives with support over tier 2 visas.
