Working in the Client Engagement Team at Bluecube you will be responsible for delivering a high standard of relationship management to our existing clients.

You will be holding regular, structured service review meetings with our clients and ensuring that you are fully embedded with what our clients need from us as their managed service provider.

You will take pride in building and developing these relationships with our clients.

Although primarily a Microsoft house, you will also be dealing with a variety of technology vendors, especially those focused on cloud services.

The role is commercially focused, we believe that strong relationships drive strong performance and that business strategy & technology go hand-in-hand.

Therefore, an awareness of the technologies we use will support your strong commercial acumen.

To carry out regular face-to-face service reviews and strategic meetings with our clients and to advocate for our clients internally keeping service quality as the priority.

To maintain clear, timely and accurate communication internally as well as externally.

You should be the sort of person who loves interaction with other people and that genuinely cares about relationship building.

This role involves travel to client sites.

Proven experience in building and maintaining client relationships
Proven experience dealing with Microsoft technologies
Outstanding time management and the ability to prioritise effectively
Familiarity with using CRM
Friendly, confident, and professional telephone manner
Self-motivated with the ability to work alone and as part of a team
Commercial awareness
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Cloud technologies
