Description

This company are looking for an enthusiastic experienced individual to join their expanding in-house team who has knowledge in fabric, reactive and PPM maintenance, general commercial trades/handy-person skills.

You will need to be self-motivated and have the ability to be flexible as your duties require with the ability to communicate on a technical and non-technical level.

Strong client focus and exceeding expectations are paramount to this role.

Salary:
£30,000 to £40,000 depending on experience
Paid travel or van provided depending on location, tools, branded uniform + additional benefits

Duties such as:

Lighting (changing bulbs and tubes)
Water (blockages & leaks, parts issues and testing)
Carpets (tile replacement)
Fixtures and Fittings (hanging pictures & coat hooks, lose hinges & handles etc)
Electrical (fuse replacement & tripped switches, standing desk issues, faulty equipment)
Furniture building and repairs
Bathroom repairs
Complete pre planned and reactive maintenance works for set clients
Painting & Decorating

Key responsibilities to include, but are not limited to:

Support the maintenance services to undertake planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs
Painting and decorating
Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, carpentry
Key skills and commitment to providing exceptional customer service
Wellorganised, able to work to deadlines and confident in problemsolving
Good communication skills with office staff and clients
Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required
Ability to work with smartphone/tabletbased job system

Beneficial additional experience and skills in the following areas:

Experience of commercial office buildings
Knowledge of Health & Safety (COSH/RAMS)
Knowledge of Jobwatch/Big Change desirable but not essential
Knowledge of Central London roads.
