FP&A Analyst to join the team.


Location:
London/ Hybrid


Salary:
£45,000 DOE

FP&A Analyst - The Role:

The FP&A Analyst will report to the FP&A Manager and will gain exposure to the Group's Exco and C-Suite.


FP&A Analyst - Key Responsibilities:

Assisting the FP&A Manager with the:

  • End-to-end FP&A process using appropriate technology, systems, and tools.
  • Preparation of quarterly forecasts, strategic plans, and annual budgets
  • Production and evaluation of MI and performance analysis (P&L, Variance Analysis, KPIs)
  • Identification, implementation and roll out of reporting tools
  • Undertaking of adhoc projects

Provide financial support to divisional leads:

  • Design and develop meaningful business and financial reporting
  • Provide a quality of insight to facilitate commercial decisions
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Collate data for divisional planning processes
  • Complete adhoc analysis or projects

FP&A Analyst - You:


Essential:

  • Advanced knowledge of Excel
  • Comfortable with disparate data sources
  • Experience / knowledge of financial modelling
  • Experience in presenting technical information to full spectrum of stakeholders
  • Proficient in other MS Office Applications
  • 3+ years' experience (professional / financial services preferred)

Desirable:

  • Solid presentational skills
  • Experience of BI tools / creating dashboards / reports
  • Budgeting and forecasting experience
  • Knowledge of SQL or similar
  • Understanding of technical accounting
  • Undertaking accounting qualification
  • PE portfolio company experience
