Description

To support the operational provision of waste and environmental maintenance related contracts and Public Realm Services in order to meet customer needs and expectations and help to achieve related performance targets.

The post holder will be responsible for supporting the Contract Management Officer in managing the provision of Waste, Environmental Maintenance and Public Realm services to ensure that the services delivered are of the required quality and, through liaison with the contractors, that they achieve contractual targets and demonstrate improvements.

As well as supporting the Contract Management Officer, the post holder will, at times, be expected to assist the Public Realm Project Officer and Waste Minimisation Assistant with day to day tasks and activities as required.

Use of Microsoft Office and other IT systems such as (but not limited to) customer management and asset management systems.
