Description
This is an exciting opportunity to join Croydon's housing department.You will join a team of officers who are dedicated to driving forward an improvement programme to transform Croydon housing services, in partnership with the residents that live in our homes.
About you:
You will share our commitment to placing residents' voices at the heart of service delivery and service improvement.
Your approach to working with residents will mirror the principles of our formally adopted Residents' Charter, which sets out the level of service they should expect from us as their landlord.
Previous experience of developing and managing consultation with tenants and leaseholders for regeneration and redevelopment housing projects is preferable but not essential.
Full-time 36 hours per week
