Patient Transport Co-Ordinator

30 hours per week, Monday - Friday

Permanent position

Salary £19422 pa

Have you had experience coordinating services for a minimum of 1 year?
Do you have excellent verbal and written communication skills and good IT literacy?
Do you have experience of working under pressure and are able to adapt to changes?
Tynedale Hospice at Home is seeking a motivated, enthusiastic and creative team player to join our progressive care team.

The Transport Co-ordinator will also forward-plan to ensure capacity of trained volunteer drivers matches patient demand.
