Compliance Manager
£35,000 - £40,000 | Permanent - Part Time | Alfreton

We are actively speaking to professionals for a Compliance Manager role within a family owned bespoke manufacturing business that has been trading for over 50 years.

You will be working closely with the Directors and wider team to identify and manage regulatoryrisk.

Working Hours
This role is offered on a part time basis (circa 24 hours p/w).

Specific Responsibilities

Monitoring site health & safety and creating/ developing internal controls
Management of compliance programmesand reviewing company policies
Staff, Visitor and Contractor training and induction
Completing Risk & COSHH assessments
Implementing and upkeep of ISO accreditations , 9001, 4500
Understanding of ATEX/ DSEAR regulations (would be advantageous)

You will be responsible for educating and training employees on regulatory requirements and industry practices, ensuring adherence to policies and goals as well as being able to communicate the importance of working safely in line with safe systems of work.

The Person
A minimum of a NEBOSH qualification and a full driving license is essential for this role.
