- Providing project management expertise in supporting the delivery of eRostering priorities, in line with the Trust People Plan and NHSI levels of attainment, including cultural and service delivery changes;
- Developing and monitoring policies, procedures and KPIs for eRostering, providing regular progress reports for the organisation;
- Establishing integrated working with the medical, nursing, temporary staffing and payroll teams to deliver a seamless support service to the organisation;
- Producing and presenting regular data reports for senior management on the development, implementation and utilisation of the eRostering system, to provide assurance or escalate risk and recommend improvement actions;
- To oversee the management of an effective performance monitoring and reporting system, for the application which highlights ineffective use, data quality issues and service development opportunities.
- Knowledge and operational experience of the Allocate eRostering system;
- Expert user of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
- Project management experience preferably within the NHS;
- Experience of working with clinical staff;
- Managing a team.
