This role provides the opportunity to work in a challenging and rewarding environment within a company that has a global outreach and over 10,000 clients.

In this role you will develop and support the day-to-day implementation of strategic policies and proceduresrelating to the governance, management and quality of customer, product and financial master data through the business lifecycle.

You will achieve this by thriving on delivering improvement and working in a collaborative way across finance and the wider business.


Your Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Implementing a strategy, governance model, policies and procedures, in collaboration with key stakeholders
  • Identify control gaps, prioritise high risk areas, codevelop and implement robust preventative controls to ensure master data is right 1st time through the business lifecycle
  • Driving a strong internal control environment across the Finance Shared Services by testing and reporting on controls
  • Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to develop a shared understanding of requirements
  • Managing team capability to ensure adherence to defined Service Level Agreements productivity, turnaroundtime, and accuracy
  • Accountability for data quality management
  • Promoting a continuous improvement and change mindset, working with the Finance department in identifying and implementing process improvements and further automation opportunities across MDM

What You Bring to The Role

  • Significant experience working in complex master data (incl. Finance) environments and systems
  • Experience of managing transformation projects, process improvement and system integration
  • Experience of controls and compliance
  • Ability to manage and influence stakeholders across all functions and levels
  • Selfcertainty, integrity and motivation, combined with the ability to meet deadlines through prioritising and organising Selecta strategies
  • Excellent communication skills including to ability to draft documents show proactiveness in resolving problems
  • Work quickly and are comfortable working at a range of levels
  • Enthusiastic, team player with a drive to get hands on
