Our client is currently looking for a Financial Inclusion Officer to join their busy team in Tongwynlais, Cardiff.


As a Financial Inclusion Officer you will have a strong background in benefits, income maximisation and rent account management, to support their tenants to maximize their income and improve their financial wellbeing.


Salary:
£28,451-£29,948


Hours of Work:35 Hours per week

Our client is looking for a Financial Inclusion Officer who has a strong customer service ethos, will go the extra mile and who is also a team player who can takeownership for resolving issues and meeting their tenants needs.

Our client is a charitable housing association, that offers nearly 3,000 affordable homes for rent and sale to people where need is at its greatest in Mid and South Wales, working in several local authority areas.
