Shopify Website Designer Freelancer

Happy Dogs Training is looking for an experienced freelance Shopify website designer.
A good understanding of coding will be required so that site themes can be further manipulated to a detailed specification.
We seek a highly skilled professional that can confidently start working on our Shopify site under the specifications and vison that we currently have.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Although we have a clear specification on what is required for the site, we do require the following skills and experience:

A comprehensive knowledge of the functionality within Shopify to influence designs from verbal and written specifications.
Ensure brand consistency across all elements of work.
Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of the team's workflow and skill set.
Degree level qualification in Website Design or equivalent.

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

Methodical, logical, organised, efficient, intelligent, have good common sense and attention to detail
Be consistent, proactive, and responsible when working.
Confidentiality in all dealings
Open to constructive criticism and feedback
The ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise work assignments appropriately,
Working in a small team
But be able to work individually on a project or in a team environment
Able to show initiative, be efficient as well as being a tidy worker.

BACKGROUND:

The owner is a dog behavioural specialist with many years' experience of working with dogs and people.

Her unique and effective approach is based on a deep understanding of dog behaviours and how they differ across breeds.

We are launching a new and exciting Shopify site as an addition to current business and require a knowledgeable professional to support the website design and functionality.

Salary:
£20-£35
(Depending on experience)
