  • Effective communication and relationshipbuilding skills
  • The ability to work autonomously, taking decisions and solving problems to achieve positive outcomes
  • The ability to use a range of computer systems and technology

What's in it for you?

You'll benefit from a culture that embraces difference and includes everyone, where you'll feel supported and trusted to do the right thing.

We'll invest in you and allow you to grow and shape your career.

What's more, you'll have access to our great benefits package including:

  • A salary of £20,50-25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays
  • Great career opportunities
  • Maternity, paternity, and adoption leave scheme
  • Generous pension scheme
  • Accruement of hours through our flexitime scheme (up to 15 days a year)
  • A range of flexible working options, plus many more
