Exciting Opportunity:
Sales Coordinator within a Crane and niche plant hire firm.


Summary of Role


GGR Group Ltd is seeking an organised and highly motivated individual to work as a key member of the Sales team, to ensure business development activity and analysis is coordinated effectively to support the sales team.

The GGR Group Ltd is Europe's leading supplier of vacuum handling equipment, restricted access lifting machinery and mini cranes for the construction, rail and utility sectors amongst others.


Key responsibilities:


  • Centralise project list and coordinate larger projects through the planning matrix, highlighting critical paths and hotspots.
  • Maintenance of sales databases (Salesforce etc)
  • Monitoring competitive environment/trends
  • Coordinate the Product Sales Quote Chasing process
  • Receiving and managing customer enquiries
  • Inputting and managing the data on Salesforce CRM system.
  • Sales Pipeline Management
  • Producing Excel reports and analysing data, ranging from daily reports to detailed analysis
  • Assisting the Sales Director with any administrative tasks, setting appointments, organising diary, quotes.
  • Researching markets, customers and competitors
  • Pricing List Control maintaining & managing price lists including price discounts
  • Summarising Account Management activity
  • Implementing new sales systems where applicable

Experience, Knowledge & Skills:


  • Previous work experience in a commercial environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Numerate and analytical
  • Data Management and Analyst Experience
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills to manage multiple priorities
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Confident making outbound calls (No cold calling)
  • Friendly telephone manner.
  • Commercial Awareness
  • Resilient
  • Good level of IT competence with knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Vlookups, Pivot tables, Sumifs)
  • Working knowledge of SAP/Sales Force is desirable.

Job Terms
Monday -Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm

24 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays

4%/4% Employer/Employee Contribution Pension Scheme
