    Mainstay are providing services to a client in the telecoms space, and we are now looking for an experienced senior business analyst to lead a team of BAs and manage analysis activities with the client teams.

    The team will work within a programme that is building, migrating, and integrating the OSS/network components.
    This is a hybrid contract role for a Lead Business Analyst.

    As a Lead BA, you will be responsible for managing a team of business analysts and overseeing the development of business requirements, performing business analysis, developing business processes, and analysing data.

    This role is based in London with significant flexibility for remote work.
    Provide functional leadership and mentoring for a team of business analysts.
    Provide oversight of third-party BAs to ensure the quality and consistency of deliverables.
    Lead the definition and governance of the analysis activities, the deliverables, and the use of those deliverables.

    This includes defining quality standards in cooperation with the project leads to ensure the quality of the analysis and other deliverables.

    Understand the business needs and drivers, challenge the business users' prioritisation.
    Capture and analyse requirements with an agile approach in Azure Devops. Ensure these are appropriately structured, documented and managed via the agreed requirements management framework.

    Define and maintain requirements baseline documentation in ADO to ensure requirements traceability, to ensure thatappropriatetesting artefacts can be developed, and to ensure that the impact of changes on development, testing and benefits realisation plans are assessed.

    Work closely with other team leads and senior programme leads to ensure the success of the programme.
    A track record in the full lifecycle of requirements and business processes.
