    Are you a Psychology Graduate seeking firsthand experience working with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? If so, this opportunity is tailor-made for you

    • Psychology Graduate – Teaching Assistant position
    • Ideal for aspiring Educational Psychologists or Clinical Psychologists
    • Oneonone support to SEN children
    • Work with children presenting with Autism, Global Delay, and Speech & Language difficulties
    • Oneyear contract from September to July, term time only, £475 to £550 per week (inclusive of holiday entitlement)


    We are seeking a Psychology Graduate with a genuine desire to acquire more child-centred experience, particularly with vulnerable children requiring additional support.

    In your role as a Teaching Assistant, you will work with children who are considered vulnerable. These children typically have Autism statements and may be non-verbal, necessitating prior experience in supporting such individuals.

    Psychology Graduates will benefit from comprehensive Continuing Professional Development (CPD) opportunities offered by the school.

    Both internal and external training sessions are regularly conducted, including specialized manual handling training such as 'Team Teach' to equip you for challenging scenarios that may arise while working with vulnerable SEN children.

    To apply for the Graduate Psychologist role, prior experience working with vulnerable children with complex needs is imperative. Interviews for this position will be conducted between May and July.
