Position:


In this role you will manage a service delivery team in an efficient and effective way, in order to meet client and operational SLAs and deliver excellent service.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a client and service centric team which consistently delivers brilliant service to drive client retention
  • Understand all client deliverables and ensure team governance to achieve these to maintain client satisfaction
  • Meet and exceed client and operational SLAs focusing on improved turnaround times
  • Coach and develop the team to build engagement and retain employees
  • Manage direct reports performance with a focus on improving service delivery
  • Identify and implement process and system improvements to drive efficiency and improve profitability
  • Work collaboratively across the Commercial teams to maintain good stakeholder relationships
  • Act as first escalation point for stakeholder queries
  • Reviewing and reporting of team statistics and SLAs to improving productivity

Requirements:


  • Experience of managing a team whose tasks are broadly similar
  • Coaching skills to grow and develop individuals
  • Performance management experience
  • Aptitude to use inhouse data software
  • Experience of working in a regulatory environment
  • Experience of working within a fastmoving, disciplined operational team
  • Interpersonal skills to be able to professionally interact with clients
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Office products including Excel
  • Highlevels of selfmotivation to drive both personal and team performance

Other information:


  • Salary £31.4k£36.1k per annum
