Due to substantial growth OCU are currentlylooking looking for an experienced Yardman to work out of our Erithyard.The purpose of the role is to suport the Senior Yardmanandprovide organisation and support to the yard and to run thedaytodayduties.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all Health and Safety in the Yard.
• Be proud of the yard and always ensure site tidiness andorganisation.
• Book stock in and out includingconsumables PPE misc plant Etc.
• Order materialsand plant when requested.
• Assist all agents onthe yard.
• Maintain minimum stock levels acrossall items to ensure availability of items to keep the workforceworking.
• Complete a monthly stock take andmaintain levels of keyitems.

Skills &Experience

• Previousyard maintenance experience.
• Understand stockcontrol.
• Computer skills Updating systemsordering liaising with suppliers sending emailsetc.
• Passionate about health and safety andmaintenance of the yard.
• Flexible/Available towork weekends as required.
• Forkliftlicence
