This is a brand new role, bringing in a specialist
HR Advisor to focus on
Recruitment and
Organisational Development; this specialist role focuses on, workforce planning and management (including tracking, forecasting and reporting vacancies, total labour resource and total labour costmetrics) and ensuring that the department is fully resourced with the right people

Furthermore, you will be taking personal delivery of projects, working with managers to plan for recruitment best practice, guiding managers on achieving best job design, managing staff on-boarding process, working closely with HR colleagues and managers...

There is no red tape in this role and you are given the freedom and flexibility to run with things as you see best
