Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer – FM Service Provider - Commercial Building – Uxbridge - Part Time

An exciting opportunity to join an established building services company based in Uxbridge has arisen CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for A Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer to be based in a commercial building located near Uxbridge as part of a team on site.

He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance.

The successful candidate will have an understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have experience in Electrical / Mechanical of a commercial office building providing maintenance to all landlord areas.

Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)
# Carry out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenance
# Water Treatment - Tap Temps, Flushing, Log books

City & Guilds Level 3 Electrical / Mechanical / Plumbing
~17th or 18th Edition (if electrical)
~ A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
~ Multi-skilled
