    As a Finance Solutions Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in our sales process by leveraging your expertise to provide tailored financial and accounting solutions to prospective clients.

    Your key responsibilities will encompass:

    • Comprehensive Understanding: Gain a deep understanding of the financial and accounting processes of potential clients, enabling you to identify areas for improvement and optimisation.
    • Software Proficiency: Demonstrate a robust and proficient grasp of MS Dynamics, ensuring your ability to effectively navigate and utilise its features to address client needs.
    • Holistic Expertise: Ideally, possess a solid working knowledge of Consolidation and Planning Software, enhancing your capacity to craft comprehensive solutions that cater to diverse client requirements.
    • Solution Construction: Identify and develop solutions that align with best practices in accounting processes, effectively addressing challenges faced by prospective clients.
    • Compelling Articulation: Craft and communicate a compelling narrative that outlines why MHR's proposed solutions perfectly match the unique needs of each customer.
    • Technical Sales Expertise: Engage in software sales solution engineering, specialising in MS Dynamics, and deliver both standard and custom demonstrations.
    • Needs Discovery: Qualify prospects and skilfully unearth their specific requirements, laying the foundation for tailored solutions.
    • Demonstration Leadership: Lead the implementation of proof-of-concept (POC) and custom demonstrations, showcasing how MHR's software and services can address the business needs of potential clients.
    • Solution Validation: Ensure the suitability of MHR's software and services for prospects by meticulously listening, comprehending, and analysing their business requirements. Subsequently, compose, validate, and present robust solutions.
    • Scenario Definition: Define scenarios for POCs and custom demonstrations, effectively illustrating how our solutions can alleviate client pain points.
    • ROI Focus: Collaborate closely with the Sales team to highlight a strong return on investment (ROI) for prospects, demonstrating the tangible value of MHR's offerings.
    • Process Automation Acumen: If applicable, draw on previous experience in Business Process Automation to enrich your approach and offer added value to clients.

    Desirable:

    • Professional Credentials: Hold qualifications such as ACCA or CIMA, underscoring your proficiency and credibility in the realm of finance.
