    Description

    London based Finance Manager who will lead financial operations for a growing business.

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee management accounting, budgeting, and cash flow management.
    • Ensure efficient processing of A/P and A/R activities and monitor the general ledger.
    • Lead internal accounting improvements and financial audits.
    • Manage monthly and weekly reporting to senior management and the finance department.
    • Handle VAT, end-of-year reporting, and coordinate with external auditors.
    • Develop business processes and accounting policies to strengthen internal controls.
    • Management of financial administrator.

    Skills & Experience

    • 5+ years Bookkeeping or management accounting experience at an SME/in industry.
    • At least part qualified.
    • Strong IT and systems skills.
    • Excellent communication skills.
